About Me
I am a fourth year student at the University of Victoria's Peter B. Gustavson School of Business currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
I possess strong leadership skills, as I have been the captain of many sports teams. Additionally, I am a proven event coordinator, and know how to motivate and lead a team to success. At the young age of fifteen, I received an opportunity to play competitively in both the US and Europe for an under 16 Canadian soccer team. During this time I developed a strong sense of leadership and trust with my fellow teammates. Following my time with the U16 Canadian soccer team, I chose to continue to play soccer with a local lower island soccer team but took a step back from golf, a sport I love equally as much as soccer, to spend more time with family and friends. I completed my high school diploma at Claremont Secondary School, while continuing to strive for athletic excellence. During my final year of high school I started to realize that I couldn't choose between what sport I loved more soccer or golf, so I decided to pursue both. After high school, I accepted a two year athletic scholarship to the University of Cal State East Bay for both soccer and golf. |
